Pumper Helper Job Description
Work information, duties, and responsibilities of a pumper helper are the following:
1. Assists PUMPER in pumping liquids from one vessel to another, from storage tanks to processing equipment, or from one process to another: Moves levers to adjust pumping pressure. 2. Cleans pumps, using solvent and rags, lubricates pumps, using oilcan and grease gun. 3. Dismantles pumps to be repaired and reassembles parts, using handtools. 4. Tightens pipe connections between pumps and vessels, using wrenches. 5. May collect random samples of liquid for laboratory analysis. 6. Performs other duties as described under HELPER Master Title.
