Spa Receptionist
Job Description
Assist in the administration and implementation of staff training in reception operations i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, retail sales, spa services (massage, loofah, facial, etc.). Ensure spa reception department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel. Maintain inventory of supplies for the administration of the reception. To be eligible for this job, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
