Job Description
Be familiar with all hotel servicesfeatures and local attractionsactivities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Remove all dirty terry and replace with the clean part of the designated layout. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
