Police Officer, Identification And Records Job

POLICE OFFICER, IDENTIFICATION AND RECORDS JOB will do the fallowing jobs / work – 1. Collects evidence at scene of crime or fatal accident, classifies and identifies fingerprints, and photographs evidence for use in criminal and civil cases: Dusts selected areas of crime scene to locate and reveal latent fingerprints. 2. Lifts prints from crime site, using special tape. 3. Photographs crime or accident scene to obtain record of evidence. 4. Photographs, records physical description, and fingerprints homicide victims and suspects for identification purposes. 5. Classifies and files fingerprints FINGERPRINT CLASSIFIER. 6. Develops film and prints, using photographic developing equipment. 7. Submits evidence to COMMANDER, IDENTIFICATION AND RECORDS for cataloging.
