To perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
