Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. Manage the dailyweeklymonthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Prior experience in this field is highly desired, with a minimum of one to two years preferred.
