Job Description
Keeps kitchens, workrooms, and equipment clean and in order. Keep floors clean and dry, pick-up wet spills immediately. Washes and peels vegetables using knife or peeling machine, when required. Also perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant kitchen equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
