Job Description
To ensure all telephone calls and emails are handled politely and efficiently, providing correct and accurate assistance which meets customer needs. Always ensure to provide the full LPM experience to all our guest. To greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner, welcome them in the restaurant and attend to their inquiries before escorting to the table. In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
