Job Description
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, andor e-mails regarding PC andor hardware problems. Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues. Will pick up new skills and knowledge quickly when faced with new challenges. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software and equipment. To increase your chances of being selected for this job, it is best to have at least one to two years of experience in the industry.
