Job Description
To answer all telephone calls in three rings with appropriate greeting note. To show guests to their room when required in a pleasant manner, informing them of the facilities of the room and hotel, and ensuring that their luggage will be delivered by the bellboy as soon as possible. Perform check-in quickly and efficiently, according to the Hotel Standards. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
