Job Description
Handled all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made. Handle all gym correspondence such as replying to email, maintaining and updating SOP's etc. Maintain a tidy reception area and cleanliness of all gym equipment. Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner. To be eligible for this job, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
