- To handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. 2 years of previous experience in a similiar role preferred. To ensure that employees follow all hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
