Maintaining order logs in excel file. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience in customer support & data-entry, should have minimum 2 years’ experience. Maintaining complete activity logs and preparing reports. Customer support (telephone, social media & email). In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
