Job Description
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service. Having driving Licence is a plus. Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
