Job Description
Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to. A call center team leader has a team of other call center operators which manages, directs and controls to ensure that they meet up with targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines. Assign agents to perform feedback calls. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
