Job Description
Handle telephone calls, provide necessary information guidance to caller and transfer the call to the relevant person. Review all the administrative and office maintenance needs and supplies on a daily basis to ensure that all needs are tailored to. Provide support in preparation of financial reporting, budgets and forecasts. Update and maintain employee files as per company policy. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
