Opens valve to admit liquid material to cooling unit that solidifies it and to transfer solids to kneading unit that imparts smooth texture. 3. Observes gauges and adjusts controls to keep specified temperature and pressure of material in cooling and kneading units. 4. Turns valves to regulate flow of processed material into hoppers of packaging machine. 5. May clean lines and equipment, using pressurized steam and nitrogen gas.
