Periodically examines proofs or type characters on disks, using magnifier, to ensure conformity to product specifications and quality standards. 3. Interviews and hires job applicants, initiates training, and assigns new workers to work with experienced workers to continue on-the-job training. 4. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
