Examines refined grease to ensure specified level of clarity. 3. Directs blending of grease according to formula and loading of grease into tank cars. 4. Records amounts of grease refined, blended and shipped, amounts of acid used, and moisture content of each batch of fertilizer. 5. Trains workers in operation of cookers. 6. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
