Meets with, or directs representatives to meet with, shippers to resolve problems in wrapping and handling of parcels and relationships between firm’s employees and shippers. 4. Assigns representatives to solicit prospective accounts. 5. Evaluates performance and productivity of workers and reports to management. 6. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
