Maintains record of all cash received during each day. 6. Informs COOK, RAILROAD of approximate number of persons expected to board train. 7. Assigns work stations to WAITERS/WAITRESSES DINING CAR. 8. May coordinate sale and serving of beverages in lounge car and be designated Steward/Stewardess, Club Car.
