Group Structure
Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding was established in 1979 as the parent company for the Group, responsible for strategic decision-making. At the end of 2014, Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding LLC created Al Naboodah Group Enterprises LLC to manage and govern the operational divisions of the Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group. Within each sector, we manage numerous companies, either fully owned or in partnership with some of the world’s leading brands.
